Dinosaurs Attack: Day Five

(Click on images to view dino-sized.)
The phrase "Til death do us part" suddenly took on urgent new meaning.]
The rampage continues as we look at the next couple of cards in this somewhat infamous set, "somewhat" is used since they were never very well-known. But not for lack of trying; above we see a bride and groom united in mayhem rather than matrimony. Note the wedding photographer in the background, still busily snapping away! He's gonna get paid for this gig, one way or another.

"Madre dios! Who's-a gonna pay for dis-a mess?"

Even the land of the mafia and meatballs gets trampled underfoot, in an image that pays simultaneous homage to "The Giant Behemoth" and "The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms."
Next: The basement is the safest place to hide, trust me!

leesa,

glad you are enjoying it! I'm having fun posting them and looking at the cards closer than I ever did in the past.

And weekend posting? Don't push it!!! :)

This is the most regular posting activity this blog has ever seen!

I have a proposition for ya.

If you like, when you are finished posting all of these Tremendously Titillating, Titanic Technique, Tantamount to True Talent... well... I can post your link to a few Comic Book Groups that include quite a few appreciators of this stuff and a whole boat-load of comic pros.

I'd do it now but I'm a little a-scared that Topps might issue you a cease and desist...

What do you think?

leesa,

Thanks for the idea! Since these cards are posted in other pllces online, some in their entirety, (I gave some links on the first post) and the cards are no longer issued or sold by Topps, I don't think anyone cares much. So, link away wherever you like! The more that get to see them here, the better.
